Get your referee schedule into your calendar
Reviewed October 10, 2026
- Most assigning platforms publish your schedule as a private calendar link.
- Add that link to your calendar once and new games appear by themselves.
- You set it up once per platform.
1. Find your link
Arbiter
- Sign in to ArbiterSports as an Official.
- Open Settings (the preferences page).
- Under Calendar Sync, click Send Email. Arbiter emails you the iCal URL.
- Copy the URL from that email.
The Subscribe button adds the schedule straight to your phone and never shows you the link. Use Send Email if you want the link itself. One link covers every group you work.
Assignr
- Sign in to Assignr in a web browser (not the mobile app).
- Go to Games → My Games.
- Find the Personal iCalendar option.
- Right-click the Download button and choose Copy Link Address.
One link covers every group you work, even though it starts with one group's name. It shows games from about a month back to three months ahead, so older games dropping off is normal.
RefInsight
- Sign in to RefInsight.
- Click the three bars at the top left and go to the Assignments page.
- At the top right, next to the “All Assignments” button, click the calendar-view button.
- Scroll down and click the orange “Get URL and Details” button.
- Copy the ICS URL from the page it opens.
RefQuest
- Sign in to RefQuest.
- Go to Assign → Schedule.
- Click Export Games.
- Click ICS (Calendar).
- Opt in when it asks.
- Copy the link.
The export screen offers a separate file for each group you belong to, so you may end up with more than one link.
US Officials
- Sign in to US Officials.
- On the home page, look just under the availability calendar. The ICS link is printed right there.
- Copy it.
REFSIX
- Open REFSIX and tap More, the three lines at the bottom right.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Save matches to calendar.
- Copy the link.
Another platform
- Look for Calendar, Sync, Subscribe, iCal or Export, often under Settings or next to your schedule.
- The link usually ends in .ics or has “ical” in it.
Treat the link like a password. Anyone who has it can see your schedule, so don’t post it or forward it.
2. Add it to your calendar
Google Calendar
- Open Google Calendar on a computer. The phone app can't add a link.
- Next to “Other calendars”, click Add other calendars, then From URL.
- Paste the link and click Add calendar.
Once it’s added on a computer, you can see it in the phone app too.
iPhone or iPad
- Open Calendar and tap Calendars.
- Tap Add Calendar, then Add Subscription Calendar.
- Paste the link, then give it a name and a color.
Mac
- In Calendar, choose File, then New Calendar Subscription.
- Paste the link and click Subscribe.
Outlook
- On Outlook.com or Outlook on the web, open Calendar and click Add calendar.
- Choose Subscribe from web.
- Paste the link and click Import.
A subscribed calendar is not instant. Calendar apps check the link on their own schedule, so a new assignment can take hours to show, and sometimes a day. Accept and decline games on the platform, not from the calendar.
